Beach Maestral
One of the most beautiful and most famous beaches of Novigrad is Plaza Maestral, located a little south of the old town. This impressive snow-white pebble beach was created in a crescent shape, which gives the bay a very unusual ambience. The turquoise colors of the sea are also wonderful and make guests want to jump into the cool water. There are no natural shady places here, but the Maestral beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Behind the bay runs the waterfront promenade, where a wide range of restaurants and café-bars provide culinary wellbeing.
Fun and action are also offered on this beach. Not far away, there are several tennis courts and a beach volleyball court. Active ones can rent kayaks, jet-skis or pedal boats, among other things, directly at the beach.

City Beach Novigrad

Stairs and steps here lead over the rocky plateaus into the sea, and small landscaped sea pools are also suitable for children to swim. Beach Laguna
A really popular beach in Novigrad is Plaza Laguna, located very close to the waterfront, just a few minutes’ walk south of the old town. Just below is the fantastic stone beach Plaza Macumba, which scores with the most beautiful water colors and a grandiose backdrop. A visit in the evening at sunset is really romantic because with a little luck, you can even watch dolphins here!

Karpinjan Beach
The Karpinjan Beach, or known as the Green Beach, is a charming bathing place near the city center. You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot or by bike along the promenade. A long pebble bay lined with pine trees awaits you here, where concrete bathing plateaus have also been laid out for sunbathing. The natural ambience is really impressive, with the many green trees that provide wonderful, fragrant shade, especially on hot summer days. This rather shallowly sloping pebble beach, which partly turns into a sandy beach in the sea, is also ideal for families with small children. Right near the beach there are several cafés and restaurants with a wonderful view of the old town of Novigrad.

Lokvina Beach
Lokvina Beach is indescribably beautiful and one of the quieter beaches in Novigrad. While swimming here, you can enjoy a particularly idyllic setting of uniquely stunning sea colors and gorgeous coastal scenery.
